Dr. Tina Matthews-Hayes is the visionary Founder and President of Alis Psych, established in 2024 with a deep commitment to providing personalized and evidence-based mental health care. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and also holding credentials as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Matthews-Hayes is licensed to practice in Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, reflecting her dedication to serving diverse communities with accessible and high-quality care.

With a strong foundation in holistic mental wellness and a passion for empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges, Dr. Matthews-Hayes brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate, integrative approach to her practice. Her expertise is further highlighted through her contributions to Psychiatric Times, where she shares insights on crucial topics such as integrating medication management with holistic care and addressing the complexities of anxiety and mood disorders.
