Your Questions, Answered: What the Bi-Coastal Expansion Means for You
Hi again,
Since launching my solo practice in Virginia Beach and continuing care in Portland, Oregon, many of you have reached out with heartfelt questions and I’m so glad you did.
This post is here to offer clarity and reassurance, whether you're a current client or considering care with us for the first time.
💬 Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will I still be able to meet with Tina if I’m based in Virginia Beach?
A: Absolutely. I now offer care through my own solo practice, Alis Family Psych Virginia Beach, with hybrid care available: both virtual sessions and in-person visits throughout the year. If you’re local, we can meet face-to-face. If not, we can stay connected virtually.
Q: I’m a new client in Portland when can I book a session?
A: I’ve been seeing clients in Portland for over a year. I’m actively accepting new appointments.
Q: Will this affect your availability or scheduling?
A: Nope. I adjust my schedule to support clients in both locations. If you’re already working with me, we’ll continue to find a rhythm that supports your needs.
Q: Do I need to do anything differently if I'm already a client?
A: Nope again you're all set. If you’re an existing client, nothing changes for you. If anything does shift, I’ll communicate it clearly and directly.
Q: What if I move between states can I still work with you?
A: Yes, in most cases. I’m licensed in multiple states and offer virtual care across state lines. Let’s talk about your location and make sure it’s all aligned.
Q: How do I contact you if I have more questions?
A: You can reach out here via our contact page, or email me directly at alisfamilypsychteam@hushmail.com. I’m always happy to help. I’m always happy to help.
🌿 Final Thought
