Tina is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. She believes that mental health care should feel like safety — calm, compassionate, and centered around you. (Emphasis on Equity & Medication Management)
